What is eLoyaltyApp?

eLoyaltyApp is beyond a digital membership card or CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. eLoyaltyApp is a brand-driven membership loyalty mobile app. eLoyaltyApp enable you to have your own mobile app with your own business name and logo to be downloadable by your customers.

Where is eLoyaltyApp located at?

eLoyaltyApp operates businesses in Malaysia including peninsular, Sabah, and Sarawak.

How do your charges look like?

We charge base on the plan and services you subscribed. Click here for more details of our plans and pricing.

Is there any hidden fee?

No. All charges and fees are transparent stated in our official website.

Do I own a Mobile App with my own brand and my logo by subscribing to eLoyaltyApp?

Yes. We will develop your mobile app with your own business name and logo for you.

How long does it take to make my Mobile App downloadable?

We typically take 2 to 4 weeks (after confirmed payment from you) to develop your mobile app together with a web-based admin control panel for you to manage your mobile app.

Will my Mobile App available in Google Play?

Yes. We will publish the android version to Google Play under our Google developer account on behalf of you.

Will my Mobile App available in Apple App Store?

Yes. We will publish the iOS version to Apple App Store under our Apple developer account on behalf of you.

Will my Mobile App available in any other mobile app store?

No. We will only publish your mobile app to Google Play and Apple App Store.

What are the procedures to have my own mobile app?

  1. Sign-up to one of our plans.
  2. We will send you a list of items required via email (eloyaltyapp@zoomotech.com.my).
  3. Send the list of items required to us via email.
  4. We will send the first invoice to you via email.
  5. Pay the invoice and send the payment slip to us via email.
  6. Your mobile app will be ready to be download in Google Play and App Store within 2 to 4 weeks after we received payment slip from you.

Do you provide any technical support after my Mobile App go live?

Yes. We maintain your servers and mobile app free of charge within your subscription period. On top of that, if you having any technical issues, please do not hesitate to email to us at eloyaltyapp@zoomotech.com.my, we are more than happy to helps you.

I wish to have a feature that eLoyaltyApp currently does not have.

We appreciate feedback! While we are constantly upgrading features to provide the best experience for you and your customers, you are welcome to provide us suggestions as well.
